The Breakfast Cookery Masterclass wrapped up two weeks ago, and it was nothing short of transformational.
Nearly 20 participants from different regions traveling from Ghana, Abuja, Kaduna, and Kano came together for an intensive, hands-on, result-driven experience.

From learning how to perfectly flip a pancake to mastering full breakfast menus , each participant grew in skill and confidence. And watching them proudly bag their certificates as Certified Breakfast Masters was the highlight of it all.

Everyone returned home empowered with new techniques, clarity, and a truly life-changing experience.

For their final Assessment, they were to make a box tray from scratch and recreate this exact box.

We were in class till 9pm 😂.
When I said it’s fully hands on , I wasn’t joking.
But at the end they got it , that’s why we train like this.
We limit our numbers and follow through with everyone.

The Tables are Set…. It’s Today. Let’s flip some pancakes 🥞
The BREAKFAST COOKERY MASTER CLASS ( 10th edition)

Back end story, last year we only had 1 breakfast class and I told the attendees that were asking for more, By God’s Grace we would get a bigger space next year to accommodate more people .
But we failed at that 🥹, it’s been difficult to get a suitable place and then came the pressure again from people both near and far , chef ego when is breakfast class na, i was confused because this particular studio has turned to our production room for our food boxes .

To get a hall and set up will cost us good money , so we limited the numbers of slots and I moved my guys away for two days .
Them squeeze face , I beg them o . Your staff also deserve some level of comfort while working.

So this is sacrifice, we know the output , the number of boxes we produce on a good day , but I’m lead to pour into you people.

It’s going to be a life changing experience.
Breakfast Masters, see you in class !
