✨ DAY 17 OF 17 ✨

We made it! 💙

17 days, countless new experiences, and so much learned along the way. From classes and recovery services to meeting incredible staff and members, this journey showed us what makes Four Seasons so much more than a gym.

Thank you to everyone who followed along, cheered us on, and made this experience unforgettable. Whether you’ve been here for years or are thinking about joining, we hope this series gave you a glimpse into what makes our community so special.

Here’s to staying active, trying new things, and continuing the journey—because this is just the beginning. 💪

Day 15 of 17 started bright and early... like 5:00 AM early. ⏰💪

Yesterday morning, Emma and Abby took on the Nicole Experience, getting a firsthand look at what it's like to kick off the day with an energizing early morning workout. Safe to say, it was an early wake-up call—but one that was worth it!

Would you set your alarm for 5:00 AM to start your day at Four Seasons? 👀👇

🥗 Day 13 of 17 exploring Four Seasons!

Emma, again! 👋 Today, Abby and I met with Nutrition Coach Michon to learn more about how nutrition coaching can help members build healthier habits and reach their goals.

From assessments to personalized guidance, we learned that nutrition is about so much more than just what’s on your plate — it’s about creating a plan that fits your lifestyle. 💪

Thanks, Michon, for showing us another way Four Seasons helps members become their best selves!

Stay tuned as we continue our journey through the club! 👀

👋 Hey everyone, it's Emma!

Welcome to Day 12 of 17 as Abby and I explore everything Four Seasons Health Club has to offer!

Today we're checking out the Kinotek Movement Analysis—a technology that looks at how your body moves so you can identify imbalances, improve mobility, and build a smarter workout plan that's tailored to you. It was really interesting to see how even small movement patterns can make a big difference!

Stay tuned to see what we discover next as our Four Seasons journey continues! 💪

Every fitness journey starts with understanding where you are—and this is a great first step toward reaching your goals.

👀 Join us next time as we take the Kinotek Movement Analysis and discover how it can help us move better, train smarter, and stay injury-free!

Hey everyone, Emma here! 👋

For Day 10/17, Abby and I got to hang out and watch one of Four Seasons' Small Group Training sessions, and I totally get the hype now! 💪

The workout looked challenging, but what really stood out was how supportive everyone was. The coaches were encouraging, the group kept each other motivated, and it just looked like a really fun way to push yourself.

I'd definitely want to come back and give it a try! Stay tuned to see where we end up for Day 11! 👀

🏋️‍♀️DAY 9 OF 17 🏋️‍♀️

Today, Abby and Emma got an inside look at The PIT! 💪🔥

The PIT Strength & Conditioning is designed to help adults reach their fitness potential through functional training that focuses on strength, conditioning, and improving overall movement. With coach-led classes, members can challenge themselves, build confidence, and enjoy the camaraderie of training alongside others—all while taking the guesswork out of their workouts. 🙌💙

We loved seeing the energy and community that make The PIT such a special part of Four Seasons!

💃 Day 8 of 17 is here, and Emma & Abby are taking on Jen's WERQ class! 🎉

Confession time... 🤫 This is actually their second attempt at WERQ. Let's just say the first one didn't quite make the cut. 😅 But this time? The outfits are on point, the confidence is up, and they're ready to WERQ! ✨

🎥 We're still trying to hit 10,000 views on one of these videos, so help us out! Watch, like, and share this one with your friends to help Emma & Abby reach their goal! ❤️
