Some people come through your doors. Others become family.

Emily, thank you for trusting us with your journey. It's been incredible watching you grow, not just as a volleyball player, but as a young woman.

We're proud of everything you've accomplished and even more excited for everything that's still ahead.

Keep being you, keep working, and never lose what got you there.

No matter where volleyball takes you, you'll always have a home here at D1.

We're cheering for you every step of the way.
Go be great, Emily. Go Griffs! 💙💛🏐

🎓🏐 And just like that… they’re off! 💜

The Class of 2026 is packing up, moving in and officially starting their next chapter as college athletes!

So proud of this group and how they navigated their college recruiting process. The work, the patience, the growth, the decisions. They worked their plan, explored opportunities within NCAA and NAIA and have chosen the school THEY feel is the best fit for them. 🎯 Each recruiting journey is as unique as the individual.

Go chase big dreams, make lifelong memories, and enjoy every minute of it. You’ve earned this!

And one last piece of advice… don’t forget to call your mom and dad! ❤️

When was the last time you chose yourself without feeling guilty?

Not because you wanted to lose weight.

Not because you had a vacation coming up.

Just because you knew you deserved to feel better.

As parents, we're really good at showing up for everyone else. We drive to practices. We pack lunches. We work. We clean. We encourage. We sacrifice.

But somewhere along the way, many of us stop believing we're worth investing in, too.

Here's something I've learned after coaching thousands of people:

The parents who prioritize their health aren't taking away from their families... They're giving their families the best version of themselves.

Your kids are watching.

They're learning what taking care of yourself looks like. They're learning what commitment looks like. They're learning what showing up looks like.

You don't have to be perfect.

You just have to decide that you're worth it.

If this message resonated with you, comment "STRONG" below. I'd love to know who is choosing themselves again.

Another incredible senior of mine, who I can't wait to see her volleyball career continue at Canisius. Thinking about all the tea I've heard from this girl makes me laugh. Expecting to hear more.

Go be great kid, yeah I'm that short.
