BEST KEPT SECRET on the Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek Border. Ok NOT a SECRET but hidden.

This amazing contemporary gastropub lead by CHEF @withgraysonschnepf is not only putting out some amazingly creative dishes but also offering local craft brews and some cocktail flair at the bar.

Nestled inside the Gun club @unlimited_ammo_llc this family oriented menu and experience will definitely have you wanting to come back and try something else on his menu.

I ate:

🐖 🍗 PORK WINGS – That’s right, Frenched Pork Ribs braised and crisped with delicious sauces and rubs.

🔥 12 GAUGE FRIES – 8oz. Carne Asada, Hatch Queso, Jalape?os, & Pico De Gallo

🥡 SPRING FLING ROLLS – Crispy Southwest Chicken Spring Rolls w/ Sweet Chili Sauce

🍕 GREENHORNE SPECIAL PIZZA – Alfredo sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Arugula, Two over East Eggs, and Basil Pesto on Pinsa Crust

🍑 WARM PEACH BREAD PUDDING w/ Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

When you stop in make sure to grab Chef Grayson, tell him Charlie sent you, and let him know what a phenomenal job he’s doing.

I got the invite to this bloom & bite event & was so excited! My husband and I loved @smokeandgrain the first time we went and it was just as delicious this time around. The high quality ingredients make all the difference. Using beef tallow for frying as well as importing ingredients for flatbreads from ITALY… @withgraysonschnepf (the GM & mastermind behind the menu) is so tuned in.

What we tried:
New pork wings
The ICONIC 12 gauge fries (8oz of meat on these bad boys)
New crispy southwest & chicken spring rolls
Loaded barrel bowl
Greenhorne special pizza (my fav)
Philly cheesesteak
PB&J burger
Warm peach bread pudding
Lava cake

If you haven’t yet you need to try Smoke & Grain for yourself. Located right next to Unlimited Ammo, between Top Golf & Main Event - this will be your new go-to spot!
