Cheat day done the Fit Fam way. 🤭🍜🍰

We gave ourselves permission to indulge without throwing our goals out the window. From a 10/10 lunch at @ki.lagos (the firecracker chicken, prawns, and ramen absolutely delivered 🤤), to cheesecake, ice cream, and fresh juices at @ziyalagos , and ending the day with a refreshing hibiscus drink from @juicybyara … every bite and sip was worth it.

The best part? We enjoyed the experience, stayed mindful of our portions, kept our calories in check, and got right back to our routine. Because fitness isn’t about perfection…it’s about balance, consistency, and making memories with your people. 💪🏾✨

A cheat day is just one day, not a cheat lifestyle. 💛

I usually don’t do this but I am doing it today… I’m about to type an epistle 👀😘

2022 has been the most trying year for me. Sometimes I sit and wonder how I survived tbh. Somehow I just didn’t give up. I found God again and I found myself. I’m soo grateful for all the people that had my back this year in particular. 2022 was the hardest year but also 2022 was the year I challenged myself the most and achieved every goal I said I would achieve.

Thank you 2022 for teaching me to forgive and be happy. Thank you 2022 for helping me understand what it meant to be loved. And Lastly, thank you 2022 for being the year I learnt how to fight.

We plan events that leave unforgettable memories for people and gifts that show the love and effort the person put into it. We are very invested in paying attention to detail for both our events and gifts. We want people to have those special memories that they hold on to. That’s what gives us so much joy - the value of our work.

Success... Someone who doesn’t take or carry other people along - is that really a successful person? I think not. Everyday, I try my best to encourage, support, and lift people up - even the same people that are in my line of business. Success is not getting to the top on your own but getting there and looking around and seeing people are there with you.
