Day 4 of Fall In Love With Your Flow Challenge by @misshoopsalot

@ehoooops prompt was to explore wall plane. I was challenged by all the layers I needed for a chilly Indiana morning of camping and stepping away from the fire. But wall plane is my favorite plane so I had fun with this one. Here is a little snip-it.

Here’s my fourth entry for the @misshoopsalot fall in love with your flow challenge. This prompt is: dress up and flow in the wall plane, created by @ehoooops. I absolutely love hooping in the wall plane!!! Also this song was just way too fitting for my clown look, I had to lol

🍁 FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR FLOW CHALLENGE, day 4 with @ehoooops 🍁

Today’s prompt is: dress up and stay in wall plane! Your challenge today is to find new ways to flow while staying in wall plane- try spicing up your favorite isolations (or finding new ones)!

From @ehoooops : The wall plane is my favorite “reset” plane whenever I’m feeling in a funk or not sure what moves or combos to experiment with. Wall plane was the first plane I learned illusions with and I can’t wait for you all to experiment! Lately I’ve been loving one handed isolations with a ghosting hand to really create a nice illusion and incorporate my non-dominant hand. Totally optional part of my prompt is to pick a song that makes you go “grrrrrrrr!!” for extra spooky effect. Get out there and have fun my little jesters <3

How to enter: Make a video post attempting today’s prompt and tag @ehoooops and @misshoopsalot- we can’t wait to see your spicy iso’s!

Porch fest, @e.crooksie and her hoop at a random dance party, and a morning wildlife ecology hike through Cazenovia Creek featuring this raccoon sleeping in a tree. Feeling like summer :)

Hi flowmies - here is my day 5 video for @misshoopsalot #spinningintospring2024 challenge 🌷 I would’ve loved for this to be aesthetic and flowy, but the anxiety has been anxiety-ing lately after a long hiatus. It caught me by surprise, so I am doing my best to deal with it.

I love flowing to process emotions and repel anxiety, but hooping for Instagram/recording feels like it makes it worse. So we are out here doing our best 🥹💜🌀

I am not a quitter and I finish what I start! Only one more day to go!!!! And then your girl will be taking a much needed break from socials!!!

Sometimes you have to drill the same tricks over and over to get on. Thank you @ehoooops for reminding me of the chestroll and c-roll.

To pop up and catch it was not so easy with this small ring, but beautiful it is to incorporate, no question 💕
