He wakes up at 3am every Saturday for this! 😮

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of visiting Richmond Hill’s newest home bakery and meeting the owner, Ehsan. 🥖

Every Saturday, he wakes up at 3:00 AM to bake fresh batches of warm ciabatta bread and cookies from scratch, opening up at 8:30 AM. He's been running this for just a month now to support his wife's custom cake and cookie business. @springwing.studio

Best of all, the operation is fully health-inspected and certified!

Ehsan is wonderful to chat with, and the food is fantastic. If you're in the area on a Saturday, stop by to support this local family and pick up some fresh bakes.

📍15 Old Colony Rd 11, Richmond Hill, ON L4E 4L5
