POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Locked in so hard that Retro Chic Homewares is almost two years old!

Sometimes I sit back and think about how something that started as a little dream has turned into a business, a community, and one of the most rewarding parts of my life. And if there’s one thing these past two years has taught me, it’s that behind every dream that comes to life, there are people who help make it possible.

First and foremost, to my family, especially my mom, thank you for being there every single step of the way. From the big decisions to the little details, Retro Chic Homewares would not be the business it is today without you. You helped turn a dream into something real, and I’ll forever be grateful.

To the vendor markets that gave us a chance, and to our fellow vintage vendors who have shared their knowledge, kindness, and support, thank you for welcoming us into this community. There’s something so special about being surrounded by people who just get it.

And to our amazing customers, thank you endlessly! Every purchase, kind word, recommendation, and support has helped turn this dream into something real. You aren’t just buying vintage homewares. You’re helping a small business grow and allowing me to keep doing what I love. I hope you know how much that means to me.

The truth is, Retro Chic Homewares would not be what it is today without every single one of you. This business has never been just about the fabulous things we find. It’s about the people we meet, the stories we get to share, and the community that has grown around something I love so dearly. And if Carrie Bradshaw taught us anything, it’s that the best love stories aren’t always about a person. Sometimes, they’re about finding the thing that makes you feel most like yourself. For me, this has been one of them.

Two years of vintage treasure hunting, and the best part of it all has been you! To celebrate Retro Chic Homewares turning two, we’re planning a little giveaway. Details coming soon, so stay tuned. Consider it a little love letter from us to you.

Xoxo, Retro Chic Homewares

My mom and dad did not raise a quitter, but boy did they raise a spender.

Thanks to my credit card expenses and a shopping addiction that shows no signs of rehabilitation, we’re bringing in some seriously good vintage.

First up, this incredible Paul Feher Art Deco floor screen that somehow ended up in my car… I simply cannot be trusted around fabulous things.

A whole lot of glamour, very much giving I have excellent taste and absolutely no self control. And honestly, who was I supposed to be? A woman with restraint? This, my vintage lovers, is the kind of piece that makes the credit card statement worth opening.
