All 5 classes took on a version of a workout from the 2025 CrossFit Games, and they crushed it. Now onto tomorrow’s challenge.

We got married about a month ago. It was quite a grand time. 10/10 would recommend.

““Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church.”

Philly dump. Fast 24ish hours swooping through before the shore, quick squeeze for cousins, a favorite park and a Phillies win. 💕

✨six years✨ ago… I decided to get wayyyy out of my comfort zone and become one of “those girls” sharing about hair products on social media. Just like many of you reading this, it was something I said I’d never do 😜

Oh man… I truly had no clue just how much this business would help me & change things, on so many levels. From the international vacations, precious friendships I wouldn’t have otherwise, to a Cadillac and having the option to walk away from my career in news… “grateful” honestly feels insufficient of how I truly feel.

It’s taught me about trusting God’s timing and the value of being consistent. It’s been a creative outlet as someone who loves storytelling, goofing off, & content creation. It’s been a source of healing as I’ve navigated life without my mother. It’s helped me find so many people who are like-minded and share similar work dreams of flexibility alongside motherhood. It’s also boosted my confidence & opened so many doors. Oh, and the healthier hair is a nice little perk too.

I’ll forever thank God for placing an opportunity like this in my life… I wish more people would stop overthinking it and realize they could do it too. 🙏🏻 dm me WORK to learn more 🩷

Just when I was questioning everything… the sky sent a little love note.
If you needed a sign today — THIS is it. You’re a great mom (even when it feels like chaos).
Tag a mama who needs this reminder too!
