Round 3 of the Alpine Racing Series is complete! It was definitely my best weekend I’ve ever driven in a go kart, even after Grand Junction. On a side note, the national anthem I played went a lot better than how it did in Grand Junction. Also I play this instrument called a Euphonium for those who kept asking me. I qualified P8 Saturday afternoon, and qualifying was split into 2 fields, and I got to run with the fast group. I was 5 tenths up on my last lap before I hit the barrier in the last corner. That lap would’ve put me P3 if I finished it. Heat 1, I finished P6 after falling as low as P13 after having a bad start, and keep punching back up the field, getting an overtake about every lap. Heat 2, finished P5 for my first ever Top 5 finish. I got to get some air time in Lap 1 and hit the barrier, which saved me from flipping, while gaining a position. I didn’t have many overtaking but had a great battle with @corriehiatt42 most of the race. Main Event, finished P13. Got caught into the Lap 1 chaos and it ruined my race with damage. So had to catch up to the pack, which I did. But I went for a risky overtake and we crashed into each other. But that set me back the rest of the race. I ended up with 2 penalties from the race too. The weekend had a rough ending, but it was very much a promising weekend and good showing of improvement compared to last season, so I still left the track with a smile on my face. Thank you to @lj_mccauley for being a photographer and my mechanic once again. Thank you to @tyler_cantrell29 for the video of me going up in the air. Thank you to @a_rylance940 and @rylanceracing for the great support from this race and can’t wait to keep it up! Thank you to @einsteinengines for the rocketship engine this weekend! Thank you to @alpineracingseries , @cokartcircuit and @carbonmotorsports135 for letting this race happen, was such a cool opportunity! Thank you to everyone else who supported me this weekend as well! Next up is Round 4 of the Alpine Racing Series, which will be at SBR Motorsports Park on September 13! #karting #kartingemotionandpassion #kartracing #alpineracingseries #racing

My first ever barrier track race, and brought home P2! At the end of the day in practice, my master cylinder decided to fail as i was going out onto track, leading me to miss Practice 4, and happy hour, but thankfully got it all fixed (thanks to @wesleyreesracing ’s family) but onto qualifying where I was on pole for a while but the top 2 were drafting each other while i was by myself leading to P3. Heat 1 was able to lead basically all of the race with some back and forths with positions but a late move was sent on me in the final corner and did a fantastic switchback leading to Heat 1 Win, Not much in Heat 2 happened, I was defending like crazy and P2 punted me so they could get their P1 and in the last corner blocked so i couldn’t get the win, but P2 on track but P1 after penalty’s. In the main we accidentally set our pressures too high so in the beginning me and @cameron_schroeder were able to pull away by 2 seconds and by the end my tires were horrible. Not the worst race but not the best, had all the pace to win but we’ll get em next time! 💪

We’re back on the podium 🥈🥈 First off, want to say thank you to @cokartcircuit and @alpineracingseries for hosting such a great event, thank you to @gjmotorspeedway for being such a great track! Thank you to @squishy_t08 for the great pics and Thank you to @ebersole.richard for being a great mechanic. This race wasn’t the greatest, had engine issues the whole race and couldn’t fix anything with the head, the whole day the two stroke was running great until the final when a guy was stopped right infront of me on the racing line leading me to hit him at full speed causing severe damage to the kart. But for the 4 stroke we were able to pull of running with the Masters, but had little to no straight line speed, MGM is next on the kart for the 4 stroke!

Round 2 of the Alpine Racing Series is Complete! We went across the mountains to Grand Junction for this past weekend. For Qualifying, I got P11, which was not too bad at all. Then in Heat 1, I was able to make it up to P9 after some overtakes. In Heat 2, I got unlucky and was punted off the track in Turn 3 on Lap 1, but then there was also a big crash at the top of the hill I couldn’t avoid either. Then I got into another incident after that which didn’t help, so I had a damaged kart the whole 2nd Heat and broke a tire rod and steering rod. Still finished P21 though, so atleast I wasn’t last. In the Main Event, that had me starting P14 with the cumulative points added up from both heats. I had a great Main Event, getting pass many people and working my way back up to P10. I just about had P9 but @avabissonnette_ did a great job holding me off. I’d say it ended up being a great weekend and would say it’s probably my best race I’ve ever raced since I started racing. Oh yeah I’d say the best part of the race weekend was hanging out with the team doing the rental race, then going out for dinner, but those are two other stories. We’re back racing in only 3 weeks time, at the new temporary circuit at Code303 in Littleton! Should be an interesting a very different race than normal, new track for everyone, so see you there! Thank you to @cokartcircuit and @gjmotorspeedway for making this race weekend happen! Thank you to @rylanceracing and @brody.shucard for the support the whole weekend! Thank you to @lj_mccauley for being my mechanic yet again. Thank you to @einsteinengines for building a pretty sweet engine for me! #kartracing #karting #racing #lo206racing #grandjunctionmotorspeedway

It finally feels good to be back on the top step! 🥇 This one was special, after my old, fast motor had seized due to having no warmup, I had a non really good engine, but we tuned it correctly and now it is starting to become good again, after practice day and quali coming 3rd out of 27 overall with masters/legends, i knew it was great again. Coming out of Quali P2, i took the lead after a couple of laps working together to pull away, lead the whole race until the last lap where i left the door wide open first turn costing me the race, Heat 2 where i got into P1 almost instantly set me the race, I worked with P2 for a while until i was defending hard and got the win! The final was where i needed it the most, starting pole and freight trained P2 to pull a little gap with me and P3 working together until P3 caught up to us and starting passing us, until the last lap where i was defending and he went on my inside, leading me to do the amazing switchback and lead me to win the race by 0.097!

That’s Round 1 of the brand new Alpine Racing Series Complete! Was fun to be apart of the very first race of the new series and enjoyed it, was fun having 3 races in 1 day instead of 2, so got a lot more wheel to wheel action. It wasn’t the weekend for us though, had some struggles although out. We got screwed over in Practice 5 which set the grid for us to Qualify, which means I had to qualify down in P18. In Qualifying we made our way back up to P15 for Heat 1. In Heat 1, got into the Lap 1 crash in Turn 1, but got it going again and made a comeback up to P13. Heat 2, got into another crash Lap 1 but came back and still finished P13. Main Event, got into another crash on Lap 1 and couldn’t fully recover back, but finished P16. It’s a weekend to learn from for sure but weekends like this teaches you a lot of lessons you can imply in the future. Thank you to @rylanceracing once again for another great weekend, @lj_mccauley for coming back and doing great as mechanic, thank you to @brody.shucard for the driver coaching this weekend. Thank you to @einsteinengines for building one heck of an engine, Thank you to @cokartcircuit and @alpineracingseries for making this series happen! But for now, we’re headed back to Grand Junction on June 28th! See you there! #karting #kartracing #firstraceoftheseason #newseason #learningcurve

Made the long trip up to CKNA 4-Cycle Nationals and honestly the hospitality in Canada was top tier. Everybody up there was super welcoming and treated us Americans with nothing but respect all weekend. The weekend definitely wasn’t easy. Felt like we were fighting an uphill battle from the start, but we kept digging and fought our way back to a top 15 finish. Proud of the effort and the people around me. Huge thank you to @tylerbarban, @pointkarting crew, and Mr. Cat-In-The-Hat @ericgunderson for all the support throughout the weekend. Thank you @einsteinengines for giving me absolute rocket ship power like always. Thank you @cup_karts_canada_division for putting on a great event, and thank you Canada for showing me how great your country is. Seriously. Big thank you as well to @skeptic_motorsports for the continued support, and everyone back home who tuned into Kart Chaser to watch and support me this weekend. Next up: Amarillo @txsprintseries 👊🏁

Such a fun first endurance race! First off it started by getting 15th out of 20, then I had a horrible start with the Le Mans start, which then with about 20 pounds in the front made my arms hurt so i had to end my stint 20 laps in. Then my teammate @cameron_schroeder hopped into the kart, this one was just for him to learn the track. Then I hopped back in there for about 40 laps while having horrible top speed, could not catch up to anybody. At the end I ended my stint early so Cameron could finish! We both had a great time and hopefully we could do this again!

Finally the race season is started! Sadly this race was not that good, it started off with my dad forgetting to put oil in one of my engines and it seized as i was going out for warmup, the only good thing was the Ka’s. In the final for the Ka I was apart of the first lap wreck, leading to my front fairing being done. Thank you to everyone on OHR for making sure i’m ok after the wreck and for the non stop support, Thank you to @squishy_t08 for the pictures, @ebersole.richard for being the mechanic, and @cokartcircuit for hosting amazing races!
