Found this gem from 2015 when I first started playing rugby. I had just started learning how to tackle and how to defend a tackle.
I'll never forget how I asked a couple of my mates on the pitch to teach me and how quickly they took me under their wing. Rugby is like no other sport out there.
Now to take the knowledge I learned from them and to put it to work, I just can't wait.

Throwback Thursday to a event that has changed my direction for 2026. Shot out to @runit.league and the entire crew and staff for hosting thus awesome exhibition. Can't wait to see what opportunities will present themselves for me next year.
Super appreciative and thankful for this opportunity. God works in weird ways

Just had a realization that I had multiple surgeries to my right shoulder earlier this year and just short of 11 months I competed in a @runit.league Super Heavy Weight Exhibition and won my round.

Being focused on my health and staying healthy (somewhat not going to lie) has again reinforced what I'm focused on. Yes I've fallen off at times but being able to pick myself up and put myself back on track and seeing these results is truly inspiring for myself.
I just wanna say thank you God for this, thank you to everyone that has supported me in different ways, and most importantly I want to thank myself. Because without me believing in myself I wouldn't be here.

When the lights turn on and everyone is screaming either hate or praise towards you. The only person that will be with you is yourself. Love yourself and give yourself the grace that you deserve. That is the number one thing I've struggled and still struggle with myself is that.

First I want to say thank you God for everything. Thank you to the entire @runit.league crew for this great opportunity and event. I competed in the Super Heavy Weight Exhibition at the Austin event and I won my match.
So grateful for everything and now I have a fitness goal now. 2026 here I come
