Don’t take yourself too seriously, it’s not that deep… Just make sure to pay it forward.

the internet is so fraudulent. this month long dump looks like nothing but blast off fun time but i always have, always will (and sometimes shouldn't) been honest with you guys. that being said, i've been in a bad ting slump for most of july but august looks promising as hell & thats called switching to a more positive mindset darling. now dj play "always look on the bright side of life" from monty python after this banger by bridges.

Sappy two year post I’ve been meaning to do 🐣
Top 11 NYC loves & learns so far:
1. The little moments that turn into feeling like this is where I’m meant to be, especially on a bad day.
2. Having so many of my best friends in the world so close to me 💛 (& @caitlinzettel only a train ride away) feeling more love than I’ve ever felt before
3. Walking everywhere & Sunday walks (especially with @annetteherring ) !!!
4. Taking the subway can be scary. But sometimes it the best mode of transportation. Learning to get onboard.
5. Trying new restaurants, bars, & coffee shops every week!! (524 & counting 🧚🏻)
6. Having access to the biggest art museums that continue to make me feel inspired (especially in a rut) recent fav: Art is Fashion @ The Met
7. New Yorkers are kind you get what you give!! Being nice to everyone gets you far, especially here. Always order with a smile on your face 😄 you never know what you’ll get in return 🧚🏻
8. Experiencing so many concerts I’ve always wanted to see and learning to love new types music 💃🏻 (shout out @ej_murphy )
9. My new roommates @maiatthompson @annnacleary & new neighborhood bringing me so much joy and such a different experience in the city!! Feeling excited & lucky to come home every day🤍 (& have my parents visit all my new local spots)
10. The first snow fall. (& @isabelmiralonso joy every time it snows)
11. Being in a city that makes you fall in love over and over again. Even when you’re down it somehow makes its way back to the best place in the world 🫶🏻 Anyways, I’m just happy to be here and I love my home 💛🐣🫶🏻 giggles and smiles forever ily NYC
