I paid a visit to the amazing Chef Enuwa @ej_cuisinee yesterday and it was for a very important reason. I went to personally invite her to be a guest facilitator for our 200 students in catering and event management. Chef Enuwa is a well-renowned chef, a true professional who has built her name through skill, discipline and excellence. She will be coming to teach our students the business of food, along with a few other recipes they can start using right away. Here is why this matters to me. Many young people can cook but not many are taught how to turn that skill into a business: how to price, how to manage costs, how to build a brand, how to serve clients and how to grow. That is the gap we are closing, and having someone who has done it at a high level in the room makes all the difference. It is one thing to hear it in a classroom and another to hear it from someone who has built a name in the industry. These 200 students currently being trained are the focus of everything we are doing right now. They show up, they practice, they ask questions and they are steadily becoming professionals who can earn a living and create opportunities for others in the food and events industry. Seeing that growth up close is one of the most rewarding parts of this work. Their commitment keeps reminding me why we started. In our next video, we will properly dive into the 200 students: how far they have gone, what they have learned, the skills they have picked up and where they are headed next.
