POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Big focus of mine is to grow the community of natural bodybuilding here in Utah.

That means: meeting up and hitting lifts more often!

Grateful for @theironsanctuaryutah for hosting us this time.
We’ll be back!

Keep your eyes posted for the next meet up.

Have a cool gym near you that we should check out?
Let me know!!

@ejhtv went from 30% bodyfat to stepping on stage and WINNING Classic Physique Jr Masters…

EJ is one of the few guys that I push exceptionally hard because I know he can take it.

He’s been with me since 2021 and last year I finally called him and said it’s time to take it up a notch.

I knew he was going through a lot coming out of a relationship but it was time to stop making excuses and start taking action towards becoming the man he knows he is capable of being.

Since then I’ve seen so much growth, so much discipline, and so much more purpose in his life.

This year we’re doing it again. Taking things to a new level once again.

I’m super proud of you bro. Let’s do something legendary. 🏆

All of these men, different backgrounds, different life styles. One thing in common. We all wanted to be better. Better health, better moods, better husbands, better fathers, better sleep. Better.

But all these men didn't just wish for it. They went out and worked hard for it. Their examples kept pushing me. We help each other, we cheer on each other's accomplishments.

If you want to make this change reach out. There are tools out there, there are coaches who want to help. You're not alone.

You got this! I believe in you.

3 years ago I stood on this stage and made a bold statement that we have the vision to build the #1 team in the world for Natural Competitors.

Last weekend that vision became reality.

After winning:

- Pro Mens Physique Overall @luc_deli
- Men’s Physique Overall @the.noah.lee (3X Consecutive)
- Men’s Athletic Overall @r.ogdenfit
- 3X Consecutive Coaches award

And the @sovereignlifestyle team taking home 4 pro cards and thousands in prize money.

I’d say we did it.

I’ve heard it all over the years…

You’ll never get anywhere competing naturally.

You’re delusional.

No one cares about natural bodybuilding.

Well here I am years later showing you that PEOPLE CARE.

What we do is becoming undeniable.

And we will continue to change the world.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and played your part. Thank you for trusting us with your prep.
Thank you for believing in the vision.

Let’s keep changing the world.
