Dear Kennesaw State University,

Coming into college, I didn’t know what I wanted to do here but along the way, I went through trials and tribulations I didn’t always think I’d come back from. I even took a semester off to step away, reflect, and figure out who I really was. During that time, I grew closer to God and realized I had to come back and finish what I started not just for me, but for my family who built the foundation for me. As well, as being a barber “ChinoKutz” it made me grateful to be a part of other people’s lives, the way so many have been a part of mine.
I’m thankful for the lord and every single person I crossed paths with through college. Every conversation, every laugh, every late night, every lesson y’all shaped me in ways you’ll never know. Each of you holds a meaningful memory in my heart, and I’ll carry every one of them with me.
