If you have kids or need a present for one this month, Leroy Has Something to Say by @ek_rosenthal is the perfect choice! It's a cute children's book about a friendly ghost who loves to garden and teaches how to be a great friend. The illustrations are beautiful! My daughter absolutely loves it and has been reading it all month as her "Halloween ghost story", although it's perfect for all year round.

Thank you @bloomsburypublishing for this #gifted book.

🍂The Perfect Spooky Season Rec For Littles (or for you because it’s so stinkin cute!)🍂

Leroy Has Something to Say is such a heartwarming book. The story follows Leroy, a friendly ghost who loves to garden, and his journey to find a friend who understands him and is not afraid. When Tara, a brave girl who uses a device to speak and loves flowers as much as Leroy does moves in, Leroy hopes that their shared interest will be enough to spark a friendship. 🏵️

This beautiful book celebrates diversity, and teaches children that the ways in which we communicate love and friendship can come in so many different and wonderful forms! As an avid gardener I, of course, adored all the flower references as well. My daughter and I love reading this book and enjoy looking at all the adorable and colorful illustrations which really bring the story to life in the sweetest way! (Swipe to the end to see a big smile 👻)

If you’re looking for a new book for your little one this season, I highly recommend this sweet story with a beautiful message!

I am so grateful for this gifted book through @bloomsburybooksus @bloomsburypublishing & @bloomsburychildrens thank you!! 🙏🏽

🧡Leroy Has Something To Say is available NOW!🧡

We have several students at Westwood that speak using AAC devices...and I've never seen a book with a character that actually uses one! Thank you for writing this beautiful story, @ek_rosenthal! 🩷
