Merah putih kehilangan angin.

Meet Ni Ketut Ekayanti (@ekaaa.uvw ): educator, community organiser, and the quiet force behind Sekolah Biru Bali (@sekolahbirubali ).

Growing up, Ketut had limited access to education. But that didn’t dampen her eagerness to learn, if anything, it sharpened it. That drive is what now shapes Sekolah Biru Bali: a space where children in coastal Amed can grow in self-development, environmental awareness, and global communication.

Her hope for the next generation is simple but urgent: that they inherit less of the climate burden our inaction has created, and that they grow up seeing nature not as separate from themselves, but as part of who they are.

Read Ketut’s full story, “Holding the Shoreline: A Young Advocate’s Vision for Coastal Amed,” on parivesa.media (link in bio).

Workshop | Glass Sanding and Painting with Peduli Alam

The best way to reduce plastic pollution is through education and hands-on action. Participants experienced the creative side of recycling by sanding and painting recycled glass bottles, transforming waste into beautiful and reusable pieces.

It was a wonderful opportunity to learn, create, and exchange ideas with international students. Thank you to everyone who joined us💚♻️

What do you get when you put ocean nerds, creatives, problem-solvers, community builders, and passionate changemakers in one room?

Apparently, SOA Bali Hub.

Meet the team behind SOA Bali Hub! We’re a mix of scientists, creatives, storytellers, advocates, and community builders united by one thing: a shared love for the ocean and the people who depend on it.

Turns out the best crews aren’t made of people who are the same. They’re made of people who care about the same things.

Yesterday’s session with @sekolahbirubali was an Introduction to Renewable Energy, held in collaboration with @iesr.id and @baliemisinolbersih at @oceanprosperityorg academy. 🌊

The children’s enthusiasm and understanding of energy sources were truly admirable! Hopefully, this is just the beginning of us facilitating environmental education for local children. 🩵🫶🏻

Thank you for the great collaboration and support @ekaaa.uvw @patricepetricia @mcitraningrum , Vanessa, Pak Oni, and Sarah. 🌊🩵☀️
