SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: Evan Kearl

Evan has played football for 4 years. He plays primarily corner and also rotates in at receiver. He was 2nd team all region last year. Playing one of the hardest positions in the game, what Evan does for us will not always show up on a stat sheet. Evan is a tough, team first player who leads through his actions and locking down his side of the field.

Football has taught Evan the importance of discipline and personal work.

Evan's favorite memory was beating East last year. It was the first game he had more than 2 pass break-ups. We played really well as a team.

After graduation, he hopes to attend BYU for a semester and then go on a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Parents' message:

"We love you so much, Evan, and are so proud of all of the hard work you have put in over the years. You went from a tiny freshman that people were shocked that the coaches put you in during a varsity game to a senior that has been a great example to his teammates. Good job, son!"
