CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR SUMMER IRON EAGLES🦅💪 Over the summer there have been many athletes that have done great, but these 4 have stood out the most with their consistency and willingness to find a way to get better. 💥Emily Keisler consistently trained 3-4x per week and always gave her all on every exercise. Nothing came half way! You knew she was getting everything out of every day. 💥Kas Boren was the epitome of what it means to be a light and a difference maker as a teammate. Her energy was contagious every day and her work ethic was full go EVERY DAY! She made me not only a better coach but a better person! 💥Lucas Busbee bought in day 1 and was in the front of every line possible to be the first one to get the work in. You never questioned Lucas’s effort. 💥Josh Fields took a personal responsibility to be in the weight room and make sure he was developing his body to carry over to the game he loves. He’s made great gains not only physically but as a leader. His attention to detail impresses me every day. IT’S ATHLETES LIKE THIS THAT MAKE ME WAKE UP FIRED UP FOR WORK EVERY DAY!!! Let’s keep chasing excellence!😤
