7 years ago i played flounder on my high school’s stage, and that show made me realize that i wanted to perform for the rest of my life. being able to do the little mermaid for my first regional contract has been an absolute dream come true. the people and this place will forever hold a special place in my heart. here’s to mermaid summer!

oh ariel what a dream you were!!

10 weeks ago I walked into rehearsal ready to play and discover ariel. I didn’t know that she, and this cast, would find me exactly when I needed them.

ariel has been the biggest gift I could have ever asked for. she has taught me that it’s okay to know what you want, and to go after it wholeheartedly. she reminded me to stay curious, to find the beauty in the world around me, and that it’s okay to dream as big as I did when I was younger. somewhere along the way, she helped me rediscover that hopeful, determined, and driven part of myself that I thought I had lost.

to the cast and crew, thank you. thank you for making me laugh backstage, and on stage!! i will forever be grateful for your encouragement, your talent, and genuine kindness throughout this entire process. i have loved sharing the laughs, the tears, the SHENANIGANS, the inside jokes, the stage reading???? etc etc. i just love you all ugh. right people right time like for real WOW

it’s hard to say goodbye to something that became so important to me in such a short period of time, but I am forever grateful for it. thank you for the memories, the friendships, and the reminder that sometimes the things that change us find us exactly when they are meant to🫧🩵

Had the best summer under the sea with some of the best people!! The Little Mermaid at Red Mountain Theatre was such a blast and I will always have a special place in my heart for this cast and this story!!! Until next time 🩵🩵
