Friendsgiving (noun)

A gathering of friends, good food, shared memories and grateful hearts. A moment to pause, appreciate the people around us and celebrate the joy of coming together around one table.

At Aayé Wa, gratitude is at the heart of what we do. We believe in the beauty of community, the power of connection and the little moments that remind us how much we have to be thankful for.

This year, we’re bringing that feeling to life as we host our first-ever Friendsgiving at Aayé Wa.

SAVE THE DATE.

Join us for an experience rooted in gratitude, culture, connection and, of course, good food.

Care is found in the little things.
Sharing a meal. Reaching out. Taking the time to truly listen.
This World Mental Health Day, connect with someone you care about and remind them they’re not alone.
Sometimes, the greatest act of care is simply showing up.

Community is more than gathering around a table. It’s what happens when we sit down, share food, exchange stories, and start building something together.

A supper club is more than a meal. It’s a space to meet, create, contribute and belong . one plate, one conversation, one shared experience at a time.

Because when we build around food, we’re not just feeding people.
We’re building community.

This Independence Day, we’re celebrating the flavours that feel like home, reimagined through the lens of modern techniques and eclectic inspiration.

Familiar Nigerian dishes.
Quality produce.
Bold flavours.
Unexpected twists.
Genuine conversation.

The Aaye Wa Table!
Because our culture is what we honour in the spaces we design, the conversations we have, the memories we hold and the food we share - all gifts from home.

Happy Independence Day, Nigeria.
