Meet Ella ☁️

El has been coming to Society since December, and the progress she has made has been incredible. ✨

By consistently attending two of @sj_fitness_flow classes each week, the strength, confidence and results she has built are amaze! 🩰☁️

Hear from El as she shares her experience over the last 6 months!

P.S. Ella’s glute growth has been INSANE!!!! 🍑🤌🏽🌶️

Recognising the incredible women that play such a key role in helping Evolve to thrive. 💪

Without all of these women we’d probably still be working in our spare room at home.

We’re forever grateful for your talent and support over the last few years! 🫶

Ever wondered what a mat work Pilates class is like? 🤔✨

Come along as my lovely client Ella gives us her perspective and a sneak peek of a group session with @1plus1pilates ! My mat work classes are a mix of controlled movements and exercises to improve both strength and flexibility, whilst enhancing your core strength and posture.

Have you tried one of the 1 Plus 1 Pilates classes yet?

Random Evolve Photo Dump from the Last Two Years 📸

A crazy couple of years that feels like ten for all the good and bad that comes with business! 😂

Evolve wouldn’t have reached this milestone without Crossy, my extremely supportive fiancée, Mais and the amazing team we’ve built over the last year.

Enjoyed working with such a varied clientele and achieving some great results for them all.

Lots of new avenues to explore in year three! 😅
