12 week dieting phase wrapped up⁣ @el_willi666

Just under 20lbs pulled off, and plenty trips away/social occasions navigated successfully!
⁣
Elliott was struggling with maintaining his nutritional routine on his days off from work⁣
⁣
This is very common, as being in work can almost force you to prepare ahead with your food/meals otherwise your stuck without anything ⁣
⁣
But once the days off some around it can be easy to fall out of that routine and undo the past few day’s progress via poor nutritional choices ⁣
⁣
To get on top of this, we made sure to dial in a routine every day of the week allowing it to become second nature⁣
⁣
We used a variety of meals in his plan that could be prepared for work, and some that could be cooked at home to enjoy with the family⁣
⁣
This alongside implementing a flexible approach to use when he was away and unable to prep food⁣
⁣
We kept a routine in place at ALL TIMES⁣
⁣
And due to this: Some great improvements to overall body composition and alongside that some epic changes to quad development have been made⁣
⁣
He is now also a solid leg day convert🤣 class work man this was a pleasure ⁣

🚨CLIENT TRANSFORMATION🚨

@el_willi666 has been working with me online over the past 6 weeks and has lost a massive 5kg while gaining strength!!

He has worked so hard smashing his workouts and goals while being busy and being able to enjoy himself, not everything has been perfect but, he’s been consistent and smashed it! Well done Elliot!

Looking forward to what can be achieved in the future! Keep smashing it!
