Monaco glittered as the 6th Grand Prix Maria Callas Monaco Gala & Awards brought together royalty, celebrities and cultural icons at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. Held under the High Patronage of Prince Albert II, the evening celebrated artistry, elegance and the enduring legacy of La Divina.

From Princess Olimpia Colonna di Paliano to international dignitaries and leading figures from Monaco’s cultural and business scene, the guest list was every bit as prestigious as the setting.

English Version:

One fish can change the balance of an entire sea. 🌊

The lionfish is spreading rapidly throughout the Mediterranean, threatening native marine species. For Enrico, that was the moment he decided to take action.

As the founder of Elafonisos Eco, he has dedicated years to protecting the island and its unique ecosystem. What began with his deep connection to Elafonisos has grown into an international initiative for sustainable conservation.

One of the project’s main focuses is the lionfish. Instead of only talking about the problem, Enrico works closely with fishermen, scientists, and chefs to create practical solutions. Chefs are trained to prepare lionfish professionally and feature it on their menus. By doing so, an invasive species becomes part of the solution. 🎣

For Enrico, sustainability means taking responsibility and giving something back to the island that inspired him from the very beginning.

In this interview, he shares why this mission is so close to his heart.

Would you try lionfish? 🍽️

A Heartfelt Thank You!
I would like to sincerely thank everyone for the countless birthday wishes I received across all platforms. Please forgive my delayed words of gratitude. I was truly touched by every message, every call, and every gift.
I had the privilege of celebrating my birthday at a very special place: Restaurant Mas Provençal in Èze Village, near Monaco. For many years, it has been my favorite restaurant and has become a second home to me.
This unique restaurant is located inside a historic greenhouse and is beautifully decorated with fresh flowers every single day. From the moment you enter, you can feel the magic and warmth of this extraordinary place. Heinz, the founder of the restaurant, is now over 80 years old. While his sons have taken over the daily operations, Heinz still enjoys welcoming me and my friends whenever we visit—a tradition that has continued for the past 28 years.
This remarkable venue holds countless cherished memories for me. We have celebrated birthdays, hosted corporate events, and even organized charity gatherings together with H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco.
In the end, it is not the places themselves that create memories, but the people who bring them to life. That is why I feel especially grateful today—for the friendships, the meaningful encounters, and for all the wonderful people who accompany me on my journey.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, appreciation, and birthday wishes. 🙏
