Thank you, Boise! Tour with @kalelband and @blackmooncult continues tonight at @aceshighsaloon_slc in Salt Lake City!

We were stoked to find a vintage Photo Booth outside @neurolux last night, and grateful for the three kind humans that helped direct us to get these shots.

Only three days left!

GOYA

After spending some time chatting with the Deathchant guys in the merch tent, it was time to head over to the packed Stage 3, where Goya had already started performing. I weaved through the crowd to find a good spot to draw from, where I could see everyone on stage, though I ended up too far back to get a clear view—I just hadn’t arrived early enough. However, from further back, I can better capture the atmosphere of the concert, which I don’t mind at all. Wearing a mask because of the dust, I put my pen to work. At the end, after they finished their set, I presented them with my sketch while they were still on stage, as they packed up for the last concert of the night that was to follow.

PIJAMA PIYAMA AT HEADBANGERS HOLIDAY

I did my best to capture the frantic nature of a Pijama Piyama show with these shots. This was the craziest time I’ve seen them, and it’s always crazy, as well as always great!

All shot on Portra 800 in a Nikkormat FT2. Scan/dev @wilson.camera
