Life can be so busy sometimes that we just don’t find the time for those appointments just for us!

These past two months were just chaotic and I didnt manage to make it to my favourite place, @dermacareaesthetics .

Thankfully with @elbie.rudansky expertise she is always able to make a plan and do what she can to ensure we stay on track with my skin goals whilst taking time and budget into account 🙏🏼

We went all in on this appointment and my skin, mind and soul needed it all the same 🩷

We started off with some dermablading and IPL phot rejuvenation.
Then we did dermapen (microneedling) to stimulate the collagen and elastin and give my skin a good reset.
Followed by the uber peel for radiance.
And we finished off with the growth factor sheet mask to increase my skins hydration levels 💧
And lastly a massage and lying under the lights for healing and recovery and a little nap 💤
A calm nervous system is a great tool for anti aging 😉

I’m home maybe once or twice a year, so when I am, I try to make the most of it and get my skin back on track.

Hiding from the sun is basically impossible for me… 😅but I do wear sunscreen every day, all day.

This time I did 3 weeks of treatments with the best @elbie.rudansky @dermacareaesthetics 😍

Über Peel- Resurfaced and renewed my skin, helping with texture, dullness and superficial pigmentation.

PRX Plus-Helped improve overall skin quality, glow, firmness and pigmentation while stimulating collagen.

IPL laser + Dermaplane-IPL targeted pigmentation and uneven skin tone, while dermaplaning removed dead skin and peach fuzz for a smooth finish.

Back on track & Back to work 🤙🏽☀️

There is no magic formula for healthy skin.

Your skin is unique, and the best results come from understanding what it needs — and giving it the right care consistently over time.

Elbie shares a little about her approach to skincare, treatment and creating healthy, confident skin. 🤍

✨ Skin rejuvenation that goes beyond the surface star 💫

One of the reasons I love IPL is that it’s not a one-size-fits-all treatment. @dermacareaesthetics uses a medical-grade IPL device, allowing each treatment to be tailored to your skin’s unique concerns and goals.

IPL can help improve:
✨ Overall skin rejuvenation
✨ Pigmentation and sun damage
✨ Skin discolouration
✨ Telangiectasia and other skin discolouration disorders
✨ Uneven skin tone
✨ Skin texture while stimulating collagen production for healthier-looking skin over time.

Recovery is minimal. You may notice pigmented spots temporarily becoming darker as they rise to the skin’s surface before naturally flaking away over the following 2–3 weeks, revealing a brighter, more even complexion underneath.

The best part?
IPL is on special at dermacare this month. If you’ve been thinking about investing in your skin, now is the perfect time. 🤍

If you’re looking for a skin treatment that’s needle-free, quick and delivers beautiful skin rejuvenation, let me introduce you to PRX-PLUS.
@prxbywiqo.za

In just 30 minutes, this innovative topical skin booster works beneath the skin using three powerful ingredients:

🧬 ATCA – for a firmer-looking complexion.
✨ HoA – to boost radiance and brighten the skin.
🌿 Citric & Phytic Acid – to soothe and refresh.

One of my favourite things about PRX-PLUS? It can even help improve the appearance of skin laxity after weight loss, making it a wonderfully versatile treatment.

💫 Minimal downtime.
💫 Needle-free.
💫 Personalised to your skin.

For optimal results, I recommend a course of 5 treatments, spaced 2–3 weeks apart.

Tip: Pause active skincare products for one week before your appointment.

I’d love to help you achieve your healthiest, most radiant skin. 💙

“Many women tell me they woke up and suddenly didn’t recognise themselves.”

That’s one of the biggest conversations we have in clinic around peri-menopause and menopause.

The truth is — your skin changes because your hormones change. But with the right guidance, skincare, treatments and lifestyle support, you can navigate this stage with confidence.

Elbie recently joined LINK FM to talk about:
• Collagen loss & skin thinning
• Hormonal breakouts
• Rosacea & sensitivity
• Why harsh skincare can make things worse
• The treatments and habits that truly help

This conversation is for every woman wanting to age positively and feel comfortable in her skin again. 🌿
