CNTR. isn’t a run club. It isn’t a cycling club.

It’s a community of men and women in pursuit of the best version of themselves.

We do hard things on purpose. Because that’s where growth happens.

Welcome to CNTR. Live in Pursuit.

Sometimes you just have to start. Don’t wait. Take the leap. Show up. Figure the rest out later⚡️🫡

“Maybe you don’t need to feel more ready. Maybe you just need to start”

Shoutout to @shell_bayyy for posting this earlier this week. 🫶🏼 it’s been in my head all weekend!

WOW. What a beautiful night! 🤍

We are feeling SO incredibly grateful here at BMR Movement. Our community truly showed up and showed out for our very first Breaking the Chains Gala, and we are still taking it all in!

From sharing stories of hope and recovery to celebrating the people who make this mission possible, the night was truly unforgettable. And one of our favorite moments? Getting to surprise Mercy House with a donation to help provide transportation for the individuals and families they serve. 💙

We want to give a HUGE thank you to every single person who supported BMR — whether you donated a raffle or silent auction item, volunteered your time, donated your services, sponsored the event, or simply shared our mission with others. We truly could not have done this without you.

And to everyone who walked through those doors and spent your evening with us — our hearts are FULL. Thank you for showing up, believing in our mission, and standing alongside us as we continue working to break the chains of addiction and bring hope to those who need it most.

This is only the beginning. 💙

This definitely won’t be the last you see from BMR Movement. We are so excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to see what the future holds for the Breaking the Chains Gala and this movement.

Thank you for believing in BMR. Thank you for believing in recovery. And thank you for being part of the movement. 🖤💙
