An intimate performance hosted by @nerinefloral and @electricpianoco celebrating the Autumn Equinox

Featuring Stone Hedge
September 20th, 6:30pm
Limited space, RSVP required! Link in bio.

Poster design @jacquelinecantu

Stone Hedge is the monolithic collaboration between Chicago musicians Maria Jacobson (Fran) and Michael Franz Novak (Dark Canyon). Entwining intricate guitar work with haunting vocals like creeping ivy over heavy stone, the duo bridges the expanse between British acid folk and dusty American trail songs to create a sound that feels both ancient and newly unearthed.

Chicago posting pt 2: As a part of my trip, I made a pilgrimage to @electricpianoco to play on some of their many gorgeous instruments. It was an experience I will relish for years to come. Here’s a snippet that my best friend caught. Many thanks to him and fine folks at The Chicago Electric Piano Company.
