my voice is still shot from singing and yelling over loud music the whole weekend but i had to do this. i don't go to cons for anything other than the people. it was always you guys who made anime nyc great for me since 2024, but to quote the strokes "i like it right here but i cannot stay". thank you to everyone ive met or gotten to hang out with at anyc whether i tagged you or not (sorry theres so many of you that i forget usernames); anyc 2024 was my first big con and at a time in my life when i was learning that my need to go outside and live and try everything once outweighed my social anxiety, and all of you had a hand in making me who i am today (even if it means sometimes now i can't shut up). come find me at magfest in january. just follow the sound of 2000s landfill indie-style music or maybe whatever style zerotemper ends up sounding like if i get some songs off the ground by then, which would also mean you can look forward to my official live debut sometime next year

Here are some AMAZING shots and highlights from this year’s Goddess of Victory NIKKE meetup at Otakon 2026.
Shout out to @ggmehd for these phenomenal shots of the cosplayers and huge thanks to @samsladevo and @itsxanthor for stopping by and helping this meetup more unforgettable with your presence. It’s also nice to fully meet Sam Slade (Avistar’s VA) and get a signed Avistar print her and thank you for signing my community Red Hood flag and sadly I missed out on getting a chance meet Xanthe Huynh (Neon’s VA) but overall I had a great time at Otakon this and will be back next year 🥰🥰🥰.

Mr. Slowpoke aka me HAS FINALLY posted Part 1 of the Otakon Dump. I'm so sorry for delaying this by nearly 2 weeks, there was way too much that happened there and at home! 😱😱. Anyways I guess better late than never? Some pics might be merged cuz of Instagram's 20 pic limit thingy but I got some great pics. Maybe I'll put up a highlight too? (So people can see better photos properly.) But anyways, I tried to do a summer casual cosplay of Kareisha from Infinity Nado. My first and okay-ish attempt but the wig got my head burnin so I had to take it off later on and the gloves sorta too. Anyways, I'll see if I can tag the people in this post and if I missed any pics and other stuff that didn't make it here, I'll be sure to add it to the next post!

Otakon was a chill time! It was my first time traveling a long distance to my biggest multi-day con yet. I cosplayed as Yusuke Urameshi on Friday! Got to meet up and hang with some cool people/mutuals as well as a TON of cosplayers who all did an amazing job with their cosplays 🥹🙏

Strolling around and talking to different artists in the artist alley was also a very pleasant time. One thing I'll say is I gotta come better prepared for the sheer size of cons like these GULP
