The right frequency quiets the pain signal, calms the body, and lets muscle release with far less resistance. That is why so many therapists I respect keep a tool like this close.

MyoNest sent me their high frequency vibration tool, and it already earned a spot in my kit. It felt great on my shoulder after a rough week of jiu jitsu, and it is simple enough for anyone to use at home.

If you train hard, sit a lot, or carry tension you can never quite shake, check out @myonest_official

Thank you MyoNest for trusting me with this one.

I don't just passively rub the muscle. I use Guided PEMF via the Electrons Plus through my hands to send an electromagnetic charge straight into the tissue. While the current forces the hypertonic muscle to relax, the client actively moves their arm to shear and free the fascial restrictions on the spot.

Founder’s story part 1. How we got here and why we believe in Electrons Plus Guided PEMF. My path from learning to competing to coaching to treating with Electrons Plus. Hard to believe this was ten years ago. When the assessment misses the pattern, the treatment misses the mark.

That’s why so many people stay stuck. They see a trainer, a massage therapist, a PT, and they get relief for a few days. Then the same pain comes right back. Not because those sessions were bad, but because nobody looked at the pattern driving the problem in the first place.

Pain is rarely where it starts. It’s the end of a chain, and if your practitioner only treats where it hurts, you’ll keep paying for the same fix over and over.

At Mosaic, the assessment comes first. We find the pattern, then we treat it, so the results actually last.

If you’re tired of chasing the same pain, come see us.

**Surgery is only the first step in recovery.**

Scar tissue from surgery can limit how you move, sleep, and progress in physical therapy. Supporting that tissue as it heals can make everything that comes after easier.

That’s where Electrons Plus guided PEMF comes in. It’s not usually offered in standard physical therapy, but pairing the two can help you get back to healthy movement patterns.

**Recovering from surgery?** Book a session with us in Claremont, or find an Electrons Plus practitioner near you. Your body will thank you.

Only 20 hours a week? Wow, must be nice. 🙃

Plot twist: I actually work more than that. But even those 20 hands-on hours are forearms, elbows, and zero autopilot. Real intentional bodywork isn’t a 20-hour week, it’s a 40-hour week with really good PR.

Therapists: what’s your honest max number of hands-on hours before your body files a formal complaint? 👇

Radiation and chemo can cause nerve damage. @electronsplus (E+) is helping this client feel and move her toes again. This is so important for balance- especially when radiation and chemo can lead to brittle bones. A fall can be more damaging. The ability to feel the ground and grip the floor is so important.

Using E+ I checked peroneal nerve, medial plantar nerves, and flexor plantar muscles of the foot. A little juice 🔋 and she’s feeling her toes in her shoes again. 🙌 ⚡️

ATHLETE LAB JUST GOT AN UPGRADE. ⚡️🔋

Introducing Electrons+ at Athlete Lab Performance Chiropractic—combining Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy with direct neuromuscular stimulation.

Here’s why that matters for your recovery:
When you get hurt or train hard, your cells lose their natural electrical charge, leading to lingering inflammation, stiffness, and poor blood flow.

Electrons+ uses pulsed magnetic fields to restore cellular voltage, trigger nitric oxide production for massive blood flow, and re-educate tight muscles while I work—getting you back on the field, court, or ice faster.

Swipe through the slides to see how it works! ➡️

🚨 THE BEST PART?
Like every tool at Athlete Lab, Electrons+ is 100% included in your comprehensive session. No surprise add-on fees. No upcharges. If your body needs it to perform at its best, you get it.
