I’ve had curl sponges before but apparently I’ve been using them wrong the whole time 😂

E broke out the @titanbrushandcap curl sponge and actually showed me the technique — turns out it’s not just “scrub and hope.” The right motion is everything, and once she showed me, the difference in my curl definition was instant.

If you’ve got a sponge sitting in a drawer that you gave up on, this might be why. Full technique in the video — watch till the end.

Also don’t mind my eye bags, it had been a long week when we shot this 😴

PS — the brushes from my last TITAN video are in my Amazon shop, link in bio if you want the exact ones.

Fresh cut, fresh curls, fresh edges — E worked her magic and the @titanbrushandcap brushes did the rest.
Wooden Brush #945 for that clean, uniform frohawk definition, then the Curved Brush to shape up the beard using just the edge. Soft-to-medium bristles that actually work with my texture instead of against it.

Both tagged in this post and sitting on my Amazon storefront — link in bio if you want the exact ones.

We’re happy to announce that we’ve got the 🥵 hot ass Rubie Lee joining us as a DJ for GAWF this year and we couldn’t be more thrilled to groove and move with her as we look for our next finely named stud girlfriend at the festival this year. 👀

Yes, we’ll be shaking ass. Yes, we’ll be making friends. But we’ll also be finding new queer owned businesses to support with the indoor/outdoor market. Stay tuned for our vendor announcement next week to see who you need to save your coins for 🥰

For now, learn a little more about the hottie DJ’n this year: Brooklyn born Haitian-American Dj Rubie Lee is notorious for being THAT girl to get your party rocking with a heavy Caribbean influence. An extensive exposure to varying cultures Growing up in New York City has allowed Rubie Lee to gain her vast taste for a plethora of music genres. This cultural variety is what contributes to her unique, and open format style of spinning. 🌈💥
