In tarot, the three of cups is said to represent friendship, community, and reaching out for support. Given that today is Blue Monday, I felt it was the perfect time to share this photo. The background being blue is also pretty fortuitous! We all need community, and having strong friendships really is the best way to build a support network that lifts you up and wants to see you flourish.

It was such an honour to be part of the @elementalheightstarot photoshoot last year, and getting to represent this card with my best friend made it so much more special. I'm so happy that more of my friends have found aerial these past few months and are joining me and @cosplay_choreo on our adventures.

Aerial gives me such a boost to my mental health, and life is all about finding joy in the things you do. Not everything needs to be a hustle or a climb to the top, and having a hobby that brings peace and enjoyment is so important, especially in this age of social media, algorithms, and clout.

I love cosplay, and the people and adventure it has brought me will forever be unmatched, but it is very easy to be swept up in conflating numbers for self-worth. So today, on Blue Monday, forget the numbers and take some time to nurture your connections, your community, and support, and look after yourselves 💙

Just look at our very own @leannejayne18 🤩

We are so proud of Leanne, who was recently asked to take part in this insane photoshoot with @kephoto to be part of a special aerial tarot card deck with @elementalheightstarot ✨

Aren’t our instructors just amazing 💚 Show Leanne some love and give her and this project a follow 🙌

I’ve always loved sports but poledancing hits differently. If you haven’t tried pole yet and you’re looking for a new hobby to indulge in this summer, why not try a class at a local studio? ✨

My first class was in 2015 and it changed my life. There was a studio down the road from my house and the first class was free so I was like, “Why not? I’ll give it a go”.

Little did I know this class would lead me to where I am today - I can’t believe it’s almost been 10 years!

Growing up, all I wanted to do was become a Television Host. But when I realised that I can make poledancing a full-time thing, I decided to take the leap. It was so scary at the time. But I had faith that I can make it happen 💫

Never underestimate the power of trying something new, no matter how intimidating it may seem.

You’re stronger than you think 🔥

How amazing is this, to have my book called 'Essential' by the Manchester-based deck designer @jook_tarot creator of the @elementalheightstarot is fantastic. He's even asked for a second copy for his next project 😊

If you're not following him or have not yet backed his Kickstarter, do, it's a beautiful deck. There's a link in their bio.

My book is available from Amazon or at the @tabitarot #Manchester Conference this July 🥰
