Prompt: Generate an image of 250 inspired, driven, smiling tech professionals gathered at Google for Startups Campus. They’re there to discuss AI in engineering, marketing, and investing. Make them look authentic, diverse, and cool.

Thank God it’s still really hard to generate 250 people who feel truly real. And even more importantly, it’s impossible to generate the energy of human connection, the drive to build something that truly matters, and the joy that comes with it.

Thank you to everyone who joined our AI Shift Meetup. 🖤

P.S. I’m reading one of those self-help books that says, "If you don’t dream big, how are you supposed to act big?"

To someone who grew up in Belarus, that always sounded somewhere between overconfidence and a survival risk.

Five years out of Belarus, and I finally feel comfortable writing this:

In three years, Ū HUB will organize the biggest AI conference in Central and Eastern Europe.

No pressure.

Now we just need to do the work 🙃

🖤 We’re always happy to see people smiling, laughing, and hugging at our events.

Because we believe that happy, curious, and inspired people are the ones who build the future.

Especially in the age of AI, that sense of joy and drive matters more than ever. Technology is changing fast, and the best way to keep up is to stay curious, keep building, and enjoy the ride.

🛠 International Workers’ Day is probably the most founder-coded holiday of the year.

In tech, everything keeps changing — tools, markets, the rules of the game. But one thing stays constant: if you want to build something meaningful and lasting, you have to put in the work.

Building a product, finding customers, fundraising, hiring, and showing up even when you’re down.

So keep going, builders.

And try to get some rest today (or don’t — who cares, as long as you love what you do).

Peace ✌️

You will never build alone 👩🏼‍🔬👩🏻‍🔧👩🏽‍💻

To the incredible women founders in our startup community — trust yourselves. You already have the strength, talent, and intuition to build and lead amazing companies. Listen to your inner voice, take care of your mental and physical well-being, and don’t let outdated stereotypes get in your way.

You are bold, talented, and absolutely worthy of investment, opportunities, and growth. And step by step, together, we’re building a community where more women support each other, take space, and succeed.

Happy International Women’s Day 🌸

Best,
Veronika
