Wednesday nights are quickly becoming a favorite for me with the Exo Flows. Love that @elenak1313 constantly challenges our perception of tempo in so many interesting ways. What a gift. 🫶🏼

Member's Appreciation day at @lionesspoleden where we got to learn something fun from @elenak1313 🫶🏼💪🏼. She teaches on Wednesday nights & you know you wanna see what it's about. 👻

Absolutely love learning new things & just playing around with some tricks thrown in. My favorite part of dancing is just exploring different pathways to movement that are authentic to my body in the moment.

Living in a period of introspection & making game plans for world dominance, one moment at a time. @elenak1313 comes up with some of the coolest transitions & I nearly die every time but she's worth it. (She's also a part time mermaid, actually.)

Freestyle fun with @elenak1313 at one of the most genuine places I've experienced with @lionesspoleden. I love this song so much & wished we had more of it in the world.

We have such a good time when we're together. 🖤 An excerpt from the kips workshop with @elenak1313 & @stephpolessometimes.

What a joy to learn new things & also watch people thrive!
