Some moments don't need many words.
A warm meal. A blanket. A smile. A child who knows they matter.
In Moffat View, #Johannesburg, we are reminded that hope isn't just something we talk about, it's something we share.
"Connection is why we're here."
Every plate served, every blanket handed over, and every conversation reminds us that compassion grows when we show up for one another.
A heartfelt thank you to our incredible partners and volunteers: ❤️ Moti Cares ❤️ Krispy Kreme South Africa ❤️ Thava Restaurant ❤️ SASDC ❤️ YFM ❤️AA South Africa, Every volunteer and donor who made today exrea special.

WELCOME TO MODERN WOMEN IN BUSINESS
Featuring Dr. Elenia Kolokotronis

Therapist. Entrepreneur. Advocate for Emotional Wellness.

In a world that often celebrates productivity over wellbeing, Dr. Elenia Kolokotronis has dedicated her professional journey to helping people reconnect with themselves, navigate life’s challenges and create healthier, more meaningful lives.

As a therapist based in Johannesburg, she has built her practice on empathy, trust, emotional intelligence and a deep commitment to helping others find clarity during difficult seasons.
Through her work, she provides a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore personal growth, healing, resilience and self-discovery.

At SUPERLAWYERS™️ Modern Women in Business, we believe that success is not only measured by professional achievements, but also by the courage to care, to listen and to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

We are proud to welcome Dr. Elenia Kolokotronis to our growing Modern Women in Business, a community that celebrates women who lead with purpose, inspire through action and contribute to building stronger, healthier communities.

“The biggest and most valuable lesson I have learnt in my career is that you will hear the word “no” frequently. The real key to your personal growth and that of your career, the success of both and the power to fuel you moving forward is refusing to accept it and choosing not to listen to it”

Dr. Elenia’s work reminds us that mental and emotional wellbeing are not luxuries, they are essential foundations for living a balanced and fulfilled life.

Through her dedication to supporting others, she continues to empower individuals to navigate change, overcome challenges, strengthen relationships and build lives aligned with their values and goals.

Her journey reflects the power of compassion, resilience, and the belief that transformation is possible when people are given the right support and guidance.

As a woman in business, therapist and advocate for personal growth, Dr. Elenia demonstrates that leadership is often found in the quiet yet profound impact we have on the lives of those we serve.

You’ve felt it before…

That knot in your stomach when you’re stressed.
That uneasy feeling before something even happens.

What if your gut isn’t just reacting…
but actually leading?

In this insightful piece, by Dr. @eleniakay unpacks why the gut is known as our second brain — not just in theory, but in science.

Your gut:
• Communicates directly with your brain
• Influences your mood, energy and immunity
• Produces most of your serotonin — your feel-good hormone

So the way you eat…
the way you nourish yourself…
is shaping how you feel, think, and live.

This is more than digestion.
This is your foundation.
