@mickeyalamkhan you did it again!
You brought together the top names in the luxury biz for industry-defining conversations and billionaire wealth strategies.

@ubs in their newest report revealed that billionaire wealth has more than doubled in the last decade to USD 14 trillion outpacing global markets. Tech billionaires alone tripled their wealth to USD 2.4 trillion, while industrial dynasties surged to USD 1.3 trillion. The billionaire families themselves are expanding: their children have grown from 4,136 in 2015 to 6,441 today, setting the stage for an unprecedented USD 6.3 trillion inheritance transfer over the next 15 years.

At the same time, the CXG global benchmark reminded us that heritage alone is no longer enough. Iconic destinations like Printemps in Paris and New York, Sloane Street in London, and ION Orchard in Singapore stand out because they’ve reinvented retail into immersive, customer-first experiences lessons that translate directly into how luxury real estate must evolve.

Things kicked off with an intimate pre-event cocktail reception at One Wall Street, where Anna Zarro, President of One Wall Street and Macklowe Properties, opened the doors to one of downtown Manhattan’s most prestigious residential towers. Think: glorious water views, 100,000 square feet of incomparable amenities (including that spectacular 75-foot pool on the 38th floor), and Ten Berke-designed interiors that had everyone reaching for their cameras.

The next day, at the Luxury Real Estate and Design summit, the energy was electric. From Rolls-Royce Motor Cars on cultivating loyalty through craftsmanship, to Tiffany & Co. on reinventing heritage for the next generation, to UBS decoding billionaire ambitions, the message was clear: relationships, cultural relevance and authenticity are the new luxury currency.

I will never be anything less than joyous and proud for the opportunity @luxuryroundtable provided me in moderating the design panel for their summit last week. The panelists! The attendees! The space! Thank you too all the people who made this possible.

It Is What It Is.
For those that know me, you know that this has been my #Mantra, my #Mindset for years. The road to success is #HardAF. There is no easy way to say it. If it were not, we as entrepreneurs would not have picked this race. We would have taken the road well travelled, the paved, smooth road. However, we did not. We decided to design, create and build our own destinies. It takes #passion #grit and #grace EVERYDAY. So I encourage you to take the highest highs and the lowest lows that you encounter on this summit climb of life you are on. And as you fall into bed at night remember your #why? Remember you have #BetOnYourself and say whatever you need to say. And do whatever you need to do to be ready to walk into the world in the morning like a one person army you are. Tomorrow is the start of a new day! Go get it!!!✨💫

Big shout out to my #Tribe for their daily support! You know who you are!

🧡, KP
