Wise advice from a wise broker: if you want to visit a yacht, register before you arrive. Eleonora Pitasso @eleonora_nb knows how it’s done.

And for the next Yachtllywood cover? She wants to see what’s next in yachting lifestyle, the new trends, the new way of living on the water, and where it’s all heading.

We like her thinking.

A summer spent sailing the Mediterranean, with the footprint of the journey accounted for too!🌊

S/Y W Magic used 3,950 litres of diesel during her trip, with 10 tonnes of CO₂ offset through Growing Decks.

A huge thank you to her owners for choosing to do this, and to the Captain for supporting Growing Decks from the beginning.

This is exactly why we started, to give yachts a simple way to take responsibility for the impact of the incredible places we are lucky enough to enjoy.

One yacht, one journey, one step in the right direction. #growingdecks #sailgreen #ecoyachting #yourlegacy🌱

Complexity is risk.

Last week in Bergen, the InNORvation Think Tank brought together expertise from across the superyacht sector to discuss innovation, collaboration, standards, crew input, regulation and the future of yacht projects.

The key takeaway was the need for better questions and better ways to reduce avoidable risk before projects become more complex and costly than they need to be.

We loved reading this interview by Bill Springer, profiling the owners of the 50m Heesen 'Bijin', Wim De Pundert and Eleonora Pitasso.

From its origins as the trend-setting 'Sibelle' to its fresh new Matterhorn white exterior, and #Japandi interior, 'Bijin' proves that a Heesen is built to stand the test of time—especially in the hands of such knowledgeable and experienced owners.
