Dinner is my love language.

Whether it’s for two or two hundred, I’ll always believe the most beautiful conversations happen around a table.

I love creating them. Cooking for them. Setting them. Hosting them.

Because it’s never just dinner.

Part 2 of my fish-themed dinner party. 🐟

I think the menus might be my favourite detail. They took less than 10 minutes to design, which is honestly ridiculous considering how happy they made me. Also, can we take a moment for the flowers? I never thought I’d willingly buy sunflowers, but here we are. 🌻

How else might one revive the delight of building HEIMAT, if not with a touch of scandal?

After all, dear reader, society has been whispering.

For the past two months we have committed a most unforgivable offence: silence. Not a word about our ideas, our adventures, or the curious happenings behind the scenes. One might almost call it… a disappearance.

But rest assured — spring is upon us, and with it comes a most delightful unfolding of gatherings, conversations, and schemes yet to be revealed.

If you wish to remain properly informed of what society is plotting next, you would be wise to subscribe to our 🗞️Monthly Dispatch 🗞️

After all, in matters of culture and curiosity, it is always best to stay one step ahead.

Research shows women respond to stress differently than men — while men tend toward “fight or flight,” women are more likely to “tend and befriend,” seeking social connection as a stress regulation mechanism 🧠

This is rooted in oxytocin release. Community isn’t just emotionally supportive for women — it’s physiologically regulating. Shared experience, being witnessed, and feeling understood actually calms the nervous system in a way that’s particularly pronounced in women.

On Friday we opened our Salon Series on the Neurobiology of Womanhood. We began where every good science story should — with joy.

What actually happens in your brain and body when you feel genuinely well, and how can you work with your own chemistry to get there more often?

An evening made possible by all of the following incredible women:

Conversation guided by Dr. Zhanna Kosm @bionutriways, biochemist and former UN public health adviser, and DI Emilia Bessonova, co-founder of @vitamarie.official

During the last week’s Women’s Health Salon, we challenged the way women’s health is understood, marketed, and often misunderstood.

Guided by Emilia, founder of @vitamarie.official , we explored female health through real data and science, turning decades of medical bias on its head.

VITAMARIE translates hormonal science into daily guidance for nutrition, movement, and recovery, in sync with your cycle.

The evening was shaped by personal stories, myth-busting, and a shared pursuit of the truth about female health.

Stay tuned for upcoming Salons. Sign up in bio.
