New Orleans, you set the tone. 💗 More than a workout. A whole experience. Still taking in the energy from Bands, Back + Buns! A huge thank you to @lululemon Canal Place for believing in my vision and giving me the opportunity to bring this experience to life through our very first fitness brand collaboration. I’m truly grateful for the partnership, the hospitality, and the support from the entire team. To everyone who showed up, thank you for showing up not just for me, but for YOURSELF. You came ready to move, connect, challenge yourself, and pour into your wellness. To our incredible vendors, thank you for adding your own special touches to the experience. WE DID IT. 🥹🩷 I’m still taking it all in. Bands, Back + Buns powered by @lululemon was my very first fitness brand collaboration, and seeing this vision come to life surrounded by so much love, energy, movement and COMMUNITY meant more to me than I can put into words. To everyone who showed up thank you. Not just for showing up for me, but for showing up for YOURSELF. You chose to move your body, challenge yourself, connect with new people and pour into your wellness. THAT is what this is all about. A huge thank you to @lululemon Canal Place for believing in my vision and helping bring Bands, Back + Buns to life. This is a moment I’ll never forget. 🥹 A special shoutout to @touchbyjoshuatree for guiding us through such a grounding breathwork session, and to @paris.cian for giving us the perfect stretch before the workout. Jazz & Journals was the best part of our Friday night 🎷📓. @_thelumoracollective hosted a beautiful evening of music and vulnerability tonight, and we’re grateful that you created this space. 🖤 Jazz & Journals was simple: jazz playing, people journaling, and space to slow down. We started with everyone quietly writing eventually opened up into people sharing what came up for them, having deeper conversations, and even writing and sharing poetry.
