🚨 TIGHT UPPER TRAPS? YOUR BODY IS ASKING FOR A RESET.

Stress, long hours at a desk, heavy lifting, and intense training can leave your upper traps feeling constantly tight and overworked!

It might be time to give those muscles some attention.

💆‍♂️ Sports massage can help:
✅ Relieve muscle tension and soreness
✅ Improve neck and shoulder mobility
✅ Support recovery after training
✅ Help you move and feel your best

Stop shrugging off the tension. Your shoulders deserve better. 🔥

📍 Book your sports massage at Recovery Mode NYC and give your body the recovery it needs.

Is your grip quitting before your muscles do? 👀

Your body has more to give, but your hands start slipping on the handles. SIREN Grip Gloves fix that from both sides:

✔ 4-way stretch, ultrathin silk neoprene: breathable, with a second-skin feel
✔ Secure wrist strap: stays put, rep after rep
✔ Grip inside and out: our internal palm grip stops your hand sliding inside the glove, while the microfiber suede locks you to the handle

SIREN SPOTLIGHT 🧜‍♀️✨Malia Krahn - elevate_with_malia

What do you do? Tell us a little about yourself, your business, studio, or work.
I’m a certified lagree fitness instructor and Health + Wellness Coach who just started her own business! I’m passionate about people, especially women, living a life they love and being confident, strong, and healthy. I’m also a bride to be and do wedding planning with my mom! We recently launched @Bodamestra NYC. I stay busy with my work, but I also enjoy slowing down by enjoying long walks outside and being a homebody. I also love traveling and going out to new and favorite restaurants (I’m a huge foodie!).

What inspires you?
Seeing those who live their passion and never give up. Athletes and CEOs of all types are my idols!

What does movement mean to you?
Movement means celebrating your body and all that you’re capable of.

What are you most proud of right now?
I’m proud that I finally started my Health + Wellness Coaching business! This came after years of limiting beliefs and self-doubt keeping me down and playing it small. I’m still at the very begining of the road with a long way to go, but I’m super excited, a little scared, and very blessed.

How do you support or give back to your community? This could be volunteering, mentoring,
supporting other women, or simply something meaningful to you.
I am a huge supporter and involved with my fiance’s local union and a member of WIPA NYC. Through these organizations, I network and meet amazing community members, and we often volunteer and spend time quality time together.

What does “women supporting women” mean to you?
It means showing up as the big sister that you wish you had for others, or who you needed when you were younger.

Finish the sentence: “My Method is...”
My method is doing what you love and loving what you do, living authentically always.
