Wednesday Walking Group!

Ok…the heat hasn’t left yet. 🥵 Which means getting out and walking is even harder to do during the day…

Which means you should come walk with us tomorrow to beat the heat and get your steps in! 😉

Smith Park 🌳
845-945am ⏰
Let’s do it! 🏃‍♀️

Tomorrow is going to be a great day for a walk! 🏃‍♀️

A body in motion stays in motion.

Unless we schedule or build in time in our day to move, it can rarely happen. Being sedentary is much easier than moving throughout the day.

Then comes Wednesday! Join us and walk-n-talk for the quickest hour of your day!

We’ve walked-n-talked a lot of miles this summer! 🌳☀️

Join us tomorrow 9/2 and walk some more with us!! 🏃‍♀️

One of my favorite things to do with friends or my family is to go on a walk together and talk.

It’s a win-win and I love doing it every week with whoever shows up to Wednesday Walking Group!!

See ya tomorrow at Smith Park 845-945am!

If your summer schedule didn’t work for Walking Group, I hope your school year schedule does!! 🙌

See ya next week!!!
