My favorite standing sculpt series 🔥 Full-body, low-impact, and guaranteed to bring the BURN.

Did this one with my NY twin while we were in Montauk @elevatewithlena_ 🥹🤍 featuring the @bala 8LB power ring.

✨ Use whatever weight feels comfortable for YOU — you absolutely don’t need 8 lbs to feel it.

Save this standing Pilates + sculpt series for your next class or at-home workout and let me know if you try it 👀
