A few months ago I had a very relaxing massage. Almost TOO relaxing because I felt like I was floating out of my body at the end!

✨What crystals do I bring traveling and how do I pack them? ✨

This is one of my most asked questions, so here’s what I brought on my honey moon this past weekend:

⭐️ I bring more wearable crystals than tumbles so I can worry less about losing them or forgetting them in my pockets or in the hotel room

✨I brought my current favorite bracelet combo for abundance: green aventurine, pyrite, amazonite and an obsidian ring (to protect me from other peoples energy in crowds) these pieces are from @elevatingvibrations
And of course my current favorite malachite necklace from @arcanumlife . I wear this every day!

⭐️ For tumbles I think about what I might absolutely need on the trip. It’s like packing shoes— will i need boots, sneakers, sandals??
I grabbed black tourmaline in case I end up in some energetic ickyness or need some grounding. Crazy lace agate to bring out the FUN! Fluorite to clear my head. And labradorite because I keep a piece close to me always.

How to decide if you should choose crystal jewelry or tumbled crystals:
I get asked all the time if it’s better to have a tumbled crystal to carry in your pocket or to wear crystal jewelry, and the answer is it depends! Think about what’s practical and what’s your intention:
💙 What’s practical??
if you are someone who never wears jewelry, jewelry may not be the best option for you! If you always gravitate towards wearing a necklace you may choose a crystal necklace. If you have to wash your hands a lot at work or take gloves on and off then rings might not be a good choice.
💙What’s your intention?
when you have a crystal in close proximity to you it will affect your energy field. However choosing to wear a crystal over a specific part of the body can have a greater impact of that area energetically:
for instance blue lace agate is a great stone for communication:
If I wear it as earrings it’s going to support my verbal communication and my ability to listen. But if I wear it as a ring on my dominant hand it will help me with written communication.

...Mermaids Mirror...

Everyone says journal, journal, journal! I'm not at all a writer and anything I say I just say it here, ya know? Is social media a blessing or a curse? Both maybe, I am still undecided. Needless to say, journaling was my least favorite thing to do.

Last year, my dear friend @elevatingvibrations sent me this journal as a gift! I fell in LOVE with it! I was so afraid to write in it because I didn't want to mess it up. Fast forward to present day... as you can see it is well loved and written in!

I was going through a rough patch, like we all do, and felt so worthless. Self-love was harder than I ever imagined it to be but I kept trying. So, what did I write about? Heh, affirmations. I wrote them over and over and over. Thank you to everyone who gave me affirmations, who sent them to me, or wrote them in comments! They were - and still are - well received! I can actually say that I LOVE ME! I am hardly perfect and still have lots of work to do, but self-loathing is a thing of the past!

Journal! Yes, journal! You don't have to write profound works of art. And lets be real, we can't all be Osho or Buddha. But just write. Let your journaling be your mirror, your reflection, and see just how far you have come and grown. Journaling is for you. Its self-reflection and that is self-love! ♡
