Every time I call You, Jesus — heaven leans in.

There’s a sound that only exists in one place. Not the lights, not the music — the sound of a room full of people remembering who their Father is.

This morning at Elevation Church - Raleigh I watched tired parents, worn-out workers, and folks carrying things they haven’t told a soul lift their hands and come home. That’s the power of the Father’s house: you walk in heavy, you walk out held.

I get to spend my weeks leading and learning with men to father like Joseph, the Foster Father of Jesus, in my eGroup at church. Sundays, I get reminded what it feels like to be the son.

“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” — Matthew 18:20 ✝️

If you’ve been running on empty, there’s a seat with your name on it. Come home.

A place where women come together, worship, cry and listen to the word. Growing your faith deeper with community.

So happy I got to enjoy this evening with my church, mom and daughter.

It’s okay to CRY. ✨

It’s safe to say, the LADIES HAD A BLAST AT REFLECT 🥳.

Joy comes in the morning. We pray that you got exactly what you came for last night. There was praise, laughter, tears, hugs, smiles, confetti, baptisms, and SO MUCH MORE.

Our campus came together with @elevation.raleigh and packed the house to the brim.

We are so grateful that you all decided to spend your Friday night with us in the room.

Seven years ago, 2019 me never would have believed that one day I’d get baptized.

But this past Sunday, September 20th, I did. 🤍✝️

Back then, I thought I had to find my own way. Now I realize God was with me through every season. Through the heartbreak, the healing, the answered prayers, and even the ones He answered differently than I hoped.

Somewhere along the way, faith became more than something I believed in. It became the foundation of who I am.

So I went under that water carrying a version of myself who spent years trying to figure everything out on her own. I came back up knowing I never had to.

I just turned 33, my Jesus year, and I can’t think of a more meaningful way to begin it.

2019 me wouldn’t recognize the woman I am today.

But God knew her... me... all along. 🤍✝️

Today, across every location, friends and family went public with their faith through baptism. Let’s continue celebrating what God is doing 🙌 Each baptism, each story, celebrates the new life found only in Jesus.

“We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.” Romans 6:4
