🔥340 LB Bench PR🔥appreciate the boys for being the motivation today 💪🏿. 25lbs away from the big 365. Was hoping to get 315 for 4 reps but i think I was burnt out after hitting that 340. Its all good, the grind continues

On the other side of hard work is success. Today was a tough one but this is where progression is made. Worked up to 315 paused which is a 10lb PR , then hit some backoffs of 285 for a 3×3 , then did some close grip resistance band work with 225 for 6×6. The grind continues💪🏿

Max Effort Leg Day. One thing I realized is speaking affirmations is key to success. You might know in the back of your mind that the weight is heavy but you must constantly tell yourself "Its Light Work" , so that way you can give it 110%. Haven't maxed on squats since i hit 325 on thanksgiving. 3 new big PR's hit today. 335 , 355, and the big 365. Still got to improve a little more on form but we making progress💪🏿

First and foremost, Happy Valentines Day to all friends and family.

Today was a Great Day of heavy lifting with my brothers. I defintely exceeded my expectations today. I had a goal of hitting only 295 and 300 LBS today but as you know I shoot for the stars 💪🏿. I would'nt have been able to do this without my bros. Never put limitations on yourself because you never know what you can achieve, and today is an example of that.

I Also got to give a big shout out to @big_ty_russ for customizing my 6 week bench program which defintely helped me out big time.
