Proud of these guys and their effort. Not only do they show effort and consistency inside the weight room, they attack everything outside as well. We’re just getting started!

After the deepest playoff run in RCHS baseball history Eli took about 3 weeks off from ALL baseball activity. His body was beat up and he was just tired. Hitting is timing. Taking time off, while necessary at times, can be tough for hitters. He’s been spending so much time in the cages the last couples of weeks. He’s had good voices in his life (like @caleb_watkins_22) helping him work through things. Then he would come home and show me what he’s working on. Teaching it back to me. We get wrapped up in results and there’s nothing like seeing the ball leave the yard. But he fouled a ball straight back in the at bat right before this and when I watched the video I knew, he’s got his swing right where it should be. Being a cage rat pays off. The work works. #jucobandit (btw, sound up on the video…💣)
