Second session at the tram: more sends with friends, and more progress made on the proj. Welcomed by a thunderstorm, and sent off with a breathtaking sunset filling the pine forest with radiance 🌅👌
I came painstakingly close to sending the project, falling on the last move. After about 6 good, hard burns, I decided to save what’s left of my energy and skin to enjoy the rest of the day, knowing full well that it will go down the next session with fresh muscle and fresh skin. As they say, third time’s the charm!
Over the years, I’ve gotten better at listening to my body, knowing how much I’ve got left in the tank, and understanding that some battles are best saved for another day. And most importantly, celebrating every victory, every bit of progress, and enjoying the process.
Grateful to still be getting stronger, to have gotten to experience another epic day at this beautiful place, and to enjoy it with the company, laughter, support and good conversation of friends.

What an incredible program. Such drama; brooding darkness and glorious culminations. Our favorite moments from rehearsal. Thank you to the incredible institutions that mentor our musicians...

Blame The Gods live video is out now! 🫶🏼Thank you Ella, Amy, & Eli for lending your talents to these songs and making me almost pee myself laughing always. Playing with you guys is why I love making music. Zayd, Carolina, Chris, and Josh did the most wonderful job making these videos come to life. So so grateful we got to make these three live videos, and I hope you enjoy watching them.
