There is no greater joy for a mother than seeing her children dedicate their lives to the Lord. If there’s anything I celebrate this year on Mother’s Day, is that our oldest committed his life to Jesus. I have so much to be thankful for, and I truly am. But nothing brought me more joy this year than witnessing Elijah get baptized.

As mothers, there is always something keeping us busy. Always something calling for our attention. Something to clean, something to finish, somewhere to be. Life can feel so busy and exhausting at times.

But then God gives us moments like these moments that stop us in our tracks and remind us why we do it all. Moments that make us emotional and remind us that every sacrifice, every prayer, every long day, and every ounce of effort poured into our families is worth it.

So keep going, hardworking moms. Every second we invest into our children matters. It’s all worth it. Raising children to know and love God is the most important thing we will ever do. 🤍
