When we built this house just four short years ago for my parents… I never imagined I’d be cleaning it out so soon.

This week, I’ve been surrounded by memories.

Not just in the big things—but in the quiet ones.
In the corners, the routines, the little pieces of a life they shared together.

Their laughter.
Their struggles.
Their happy tears and their hard ones.

I had a front row seat to all of it.

And through everything, they showed me what love really looks like—
not perfect, not easy… but steady.

Love that stays.
Love that shows up.
Love that doesn’t give up when things get hard.

I will carry that with me forever.
