⚡️ ELI HILL | OCU ⚡️

Final year. Time to unlock it. 🔓

With Eli, we’re working on putting his body in a position where he can stay athletic, rotate hard, and let the power in his swing actually show up.

⚡️ STEP BACK & HOLD — That step back has become part of his move. It gets him into a better position to hold his posture instead of drifting forward.
⚡️ KEEP THE BACK HIP FIRING — Stay connected to the ground and keep that back hip working THROUGH the baseball.
⚡️ ROTATE AROUND THE FRONT LEG — Get firm on the front side and rotate hard around it instead of continuing forward.

The goal isn’t to add more effort. It’s to get him in the right positions so he can use everything he already has.

Last year at OCU. Looking to make it the best one yet and see just how much power we can unlock. 📈💥

Time to LET IT EAT. ⚡️🔋
